An incomparable setting

The beach of Almadrava

Its very name comes from the traditional tuna fishing, a highly popular practice throughout the Spanish Mediterranean seacoast. This fishing method was based in using fishing nets called “almadrabas” (from Arabic, the place where the fight takes place), placing them in strategic spots in the way of the flow of shoal of tuna fish. The old fishermen houses have now become modern and comfortable apartments.
